1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by The Adventure Avenue ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") via https://www.theadventureavenue.com/, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from our premium or ultimate premium fleet, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age (21 years of age for economy and standard rentals).
• Possess a valid, unexpired driver's license in your name.
• Provide a major credit card in your name at the time of booking and pickup.
• Maintain a clean driving record free of major moving violations.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Upon completing a booking request, our team will contact you to confirm details and process the reservation.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate.
• No-Shows: Failure to pick up the vehicle at the reserved time without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a no-show fee.

4. Vehicle Usage and Prohibited Acts

Vehicles rented from The Adventure Avenue must be driven responsibly and safely. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and potential fines:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
• Using the vehicle for racing, speed contests, or illegal activities.
• Off-roading or driving on unpaved roads (unless the specific vehicle is designated for such use, e.g., 4x4 SUVs).
• Transporting hazardous or explosive materials.
• Towing or pushing anything without prior written consent from our staff.

5. Vehicle Condition and Return

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The vehicle must be returned to the designated drop-off location on the date and time specified in your rental agreement.

Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Liability and Insurance

The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period. We offer optional insurance waivers at the time of booking. If you decline our coverage, you must provide proof of adequate personal auto insurance that transfers to rental vehicles.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Modifications to Terms

The Adventure Avenue reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
